Brief Summary of Terms:

In case the User does not get a job OR the job offer is revoked OR the joining date is delayed OR User is terminated by the employer after joining OR has resigned from the services of the company (as per the service package selected), and submits his/her CV along with the required documents, SalaryNext shall share the user’s CV with elite recruitment consultants to assist the user’s job search efforts and User will be entitled to service guarantee payout as specified in package purchased.

Period of Cover:

This Cover will be valid from the start date till the end date as specified in the plan.

Eligibility:

Applicable only to the students of specified batch/ program/ year/ campus where the services are offered.

Not applicable to the students who failed to qualify for or have opted out of campus placements process for reasons including but not limited to academic requirements, campus rules, further studies, starting own ventures, etc.

In case User does not avail of the Company’s services during the period covered by this agreement, the User will be eligible for No Claim bonus on renewal of service agreement.

Service and Guarantee dates:

The service will be applicable for a User as per the service package selected:

  • Service date - The job search service commences on the later of three dates - (i) Joining date mentioned in the offer letter given during Campus Placements OR (ii) date the offer was revoked/ rescinded OR (iii) Effective start date of the service.
  • Service guarantee payout date - In case you do not have a job offer or your joining date is delayed by the Employer and is later than the effective start date, you will be eligible for payouts starting one month from the commencement of Job search service (or one month delay from the original joining date as applicable). Delayed joining is only applicable if it is included in the Service Package purchased by you.
  • In case you are eligible for termination or resignation service, your service and the service guarantee will commence on the later of four dates - (i) the date You intimate your termination/resignation to the Company, on the specified email id campus@salarynext.com, OR (ii) the actual Last working day, OR (iii) the date for which the salary is paid to you by the employer, OR (iv) the date of submission of the required documents to the Company.
  • Service Guarantee Date - Service and service guarantee is applicable if your termination/resignation and the last working day/ last salary day with the employer is before the end date of the plan purchased.
  • Job Search assistance will start immediately on the Service Date. The service guarantee payout will be made by the company every 30 days starting from the 31st day from the commencement of the service thereafter till service package lasts and user has not found a job.
Service Guarantee payout details:

When user does not get a job even after availing SalaryNext’s services, then the Service guarantee payout is made to the User as per the following terms:

  • Number of months of payout as per the package purchased.
  • Amount of payout, as per package purchased and up to a limit of 50% (or as specified) of last drawn monthly salary.
  • Subsequent payout stops immediately on finding a new job.
  • Payout subject to verification of documents submitted and invalid in case of fraud.
  • Payout applicable only once a year, irrespective of change of employer, and total payout limited to package purchased.
  • Declaration by the user in the prescribed format and Form 26AS as applicable after every 30 days
  • Service guarantee and payout shall be applicable only once during the validity of the agreement.
Obligation/Responsibilities of User:

The user will be eligible for the service/ service guarantee only if the relevant documents as requested by the Support Team, are provided and are up to date. You are requested to submit the documents within 7 days of intimating the Company about your termination/resignation, so as to commence the Services at the earliest. These documents may include but are not limited to:

  • Updated CV
  • PAN and/or any other permitted proof of identity
  • Last 3 Months salary slips
  • Access to Form 26AS
  • Offer/ confirmation letter/ joining delay letter provided through your campus/ by your employer
  • Latest Increment letter, if applicable
  • Termination/Resignation Acceptance letter by authorized signatory, if applicable
  • Any other document required for verification

To avail of service guarantee payout, you will also be required to provide a declaration in the prescribed format and Form 26AS as applicable, after every 30 days and as per requirement of Company, that you have not taken up a job or commenced earning a salary and that the above data provided by you is accurate.

The service and service guarantee is not applicable for false/incorrect/incomplete or old data/documents and strict legal actions will be pursued in case of fraud.
